ISPS Code Case Histories

Our Consultants
We have over twenty consultants, drawn from various disciplines, including the Police, military and public sector, many of whom have been positively vetted and trained for specific needs, i.e. some hold DNV certificates for maritime security with respect to the ISPS Code.

The Directors are all retired senior Scotland Yard detectives, with well over a hundred years combined experience in major operations and security. Our researchers are registered with the Criminal Records Bureau and our field operatives are trained in Covert Rural Surveillance techniques.

Here is a sample list of Surelock’s personnel:

1) Retired from the Metropolitan Police as Detective Superintendent in overall command of all major investigations (typically murders) in South West London. Was engaged on three separate attachments to Scotland Yard’s prestigious Fraud Squad, which provided him a strong background in commercial investigation, including all forms of fraud and corruption in the public sector.

Was sent to the FBI Academy in Quantico, USA to study investigative techniques used in the United States. On his return, he helped to initiate a course to instruct detectives from law enforcement agencies throughout the UK in methods for dealing with computer crime.

Responsible for over 6 years for managing a Scotland Yard unit called ‘Confidential Section’, which provided secret intelligence to all police forces in England and Wales. Due to the confidentiality and strict security arrangements required by his secret duties, he became known as ‘Britain’s most trusted policeman’.

He brings the important qualities of discretion and reliability to his investigations on behalf of Surelock. He is an honours graduate of City University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems and Management. He also holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice awarded by Brunel University.
