authorities should they seize counterfeits of our client’s
merchandise, making authentication examinations and providing
witness statements. Our comprehensive reports at the conclusion
of such investigations have also assisted specialist patent
lawyers in taking other legal actions, gaining compensation
and restitution for our clients.
